Ongoing Offerings

We offer weekly opportunities for group practice which are open to the public. No prior meditation experience is required to attend.  Meditation instruction is available upon request.  Please come 10 minutes prior to the beginning of practice if you wish to take advantage of this.  Otherwise you are welcome to arrive when you can and leave when you need to.

Cushions and chairs are available.  There is no cost to attend but donations are gratefully accepted.

 

Open Public Sitting Hours

Every Wednesday         6:00 – 7:00 pm (followed by tea & discussion)

Every second Sunday    9:00 am – 12:00 pm
